Buddhism

On the path to freedom

Are you interested in ”personally meeting Buddha“ and following the spiritual path he has described? Then there are a few things you should know before heading for it: Buddhism is, first of all, a path to study one’s own mind, to get to know and train it. The path is spiritual, not religious. The goal is self-awareness, not redemption, freedom, instead of the kingdom of heaven.  Buddha’s path is supported by rational thinking and analysis, by contemplation and meditation to transform mere knowledge ”about things“ in an understanding exceeding just knowledge. Therefore honest curiosity and inquisitiveness are necessary.
