The meditation group has existed since November 2007. Our meetings take place once a month in Jena and Weimar and offer the opportunity for mutual meditation and exchange on Buddhist topics. We regularly invite the resident lamas of the Kamalashila Institute®, Lama Sönam Rabgye and Lama Kelzang Wangdi, to lectures and seminars.
We can look back on numerous wonderful activities: events with other guest teachers, tree planting, fish releases and much more. Our gatherings at Christmas and Losar, the Tibetan New Year celebrations, are also legendary.
With joy we received a gift from H. H., the XVII Karmapa, in March 2016 – our group name Karma Choying Ling. May our dharma activities continue to blossom through this deep connection.
